Speaker Ring Ferrite Magnet
The Ferrite magnet, a sintered permanent magnet composed of barium or strontium ferrite, offers exceptional resistance to demagnetization at an affordable price point. Known for its durability, it necessitates precise machining methods due to its inherent hardness and brittleness. Additionally, Ferrite magnets are available in two types: Anisotropic and Isotropic. Anisotropic grades are oriented during manufacturing and require magnetization in the designated direction.
Speaker Chassis
Kindly note that our production exclusively focuses on 'round' loudspeaker chassis. Leveraging our cutting-edge electrocoat paint system, we meticulously apply a seamless layer of epoxy-acrylic paint across all metal components, encompassing even the magnetic gap, with precision control down to less than 0.001 inches in thickness. Unlike traditional zinc plating methods, our electrocoat paint not only provides unparalleled corrosion resistance but also boasts exceptional cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness in its application process.
T-Yokes Washers
Our selection ensures compatibility with various speaker cones, catering to a wide array of needs. We offer a diverse range of T-YOKE types, each meeting specific specifications within the following permissible ranges:
- Outer Diameter of the Lower Chassis: 23—96mm
- Thickness of the Lower Chassis: 1.5-7mm
- Core Post Diameter: 12.85-25.4mm
- Effective Height of the Core: 6.5-26mm
- Core Position Hole Diameter: 4-12.5mm
- Outer Diameter of Magnet Ring: 15.5-59mm
